Design / Design stage

Pre-project works are done to justify urban planning of a new construction object, perform reconstruction of an existing facility, determine investment attractiveness and the possibility of construction or reconstruction of the building at the site taking into account urban, historic, cultural, socio-economic, sanitary, and environmental requirements.

The construction company "Arsan-Bud Ltd" helps the Customer to compile a list of questions for design (technical assignment). Next stage is collection and processing of data required to start the design process. We study national and international experience in the design area, including existing analogues.

List of documents obtained during the design stage:

Executive committee’s decision on land allocation;
Project of land allocation with approvals;
Land lease contract or act for the right of permanent use;
Draft project:
- explanatory note;
- situation plan;
- scheme of the general plan;
- sections indicating the heights of main accommodations and level marks;
- perspective images;
- facades in color.
Topographical survey of the site on a scale of 1:500;
Obtaining urban conditions and limitations on the building site;
Obtaining technical specifications for:
- water supply;
- drainage;
- storm drainage;
- heating;
- hot water;
- electric power supply;
- gas supply;
- exterior lighting;
- dispatcher supervision;
- television;
- radio;
- civil defense;
- traffic safety;
- garbage disposal;
- access roads.
