A list of services in the area of project coordination covers the following types of work:

• new construction and remodeling of residential and non-residential buildings (including done before);
• transfer of a residential building to the non-residential fund;
• projects of facade and building renovation, modification of engineering networks and communications;
• works carried out on adjacent to the building territories, etc.

The company "Arsan-Bud Ltd" takes under its responsibility a full range of works on the project’s approval and obtaining the building permit. Herewith, development of the project and its approval are made very quickly, without any changes in contract terms on delivery of finished objects and at reasonable prices.

"Arsan-Bud Ltd" performs such types of work:

• approval of the sketch project, techno-economic calculation, the design stage, the construction design stage (of an approved part) in local urban planning and architecture services in accordance with construction rules regarding architectural and planning decisions, placement, compliance of set decisions with the requirements of architectural and planning documentation;
• agreements on the directions of engineering communications;
• changes and additions to the project documentation in compliance with remarks of the comprehensive state examination;
• obtaining a positive conclusion of the comprehensive state examination;
• obtaining the building permit.
