Design / Author's supervision

Author�s supervision of construction of the object is done by specialists of the company "Arsan-Bud Ltd" to coordinate it with decisions made in the approved project. Author�s supervision is done for an additional fee under a contract for the entire period of construction and putting into operation. According to the contact, author�s supervision could involve regular (1-3 times per week) visits of the object to discuss details of the project and make appropriate comments in the Journal of works, as well as questions on project documentation coming from the Customer, contractor, other legal and private entities according to the Customer�s instructions. Solving of these problems can be done on the site or at our office.

Author’s supervision includes:

control over compliance with design decisions:
- control of compliance of executed construction works with design decisions;
- monitoring of compliance of applicable products, constructions, materials and supplied equipment with design decisions;
control of construction terms:
- timely delivery of materials and equipment;
- compliance with work schedule;
quality control:
- examination and evaluation of work performed and structural elements hidden in the further execution of work;
- Interim acceptance of critical structures, with participation of representatives of contractors, specialized and design organizations;
- control of state of received montage equipment and its compliance with the project, assessing the quality of its installation and comprehensive testing;
control of correctness in executive documents management:
- control over management of journals of specialized works;
- control over presence and accuracy of management documentation (executive schemes, general and specialized journals of work).
