The project implies the construction of a building without a technical floor, with a ground floor. The height of above ground floors is 3.6 m. The designed building –is of frame type (ferroconcrete frame), external and internal walls of which are done with brickwork. In the trade and leisure, we envision:

- Construction of a billiard room with beer bar on the ground floor;

- Construction of a grocery supermarket the ground floor;

- Construction of retail enterprises for non-food items on the second floor

- Construction of a cafe  on the third floor.

As of 11/26/2010, the supporting framework is completed, as well as and all building envelopes: walls and roof.
