The warehouse complex is located in the industrial construction zone near Prgrebi village. 60% takes the building itself, the rest of the territory is allotted for parking and technical facilities, driveways, security zone of the well.

The building complex consists of two units: APC and storage facilities, which are divided into sections by opposite walls. The building is designed in a single rectangular plan; with volume, that is due to fin shining works, is visually divided into two parts, in accordance with functional use. APC has three floors and a one-story warehouse.

Structurally, the building combined. APC is made with a monolithic frame, with energy-efficient building envelopes; its roof is flat, inversion type. The industrial-warehouse part is made of supporting metal structures, finished with sandwich panels on a metal frame.

The warehouse complex includes a storage building of 20 000 m2 and a built-in/attached office space of 3000 m2.

As of 11/17/2010 the foundations are made throughout the building. The 1st floor of the monolith frame of the office building is completed. The metal frame of the storage building is being manufactured.
