Location of the complex – the industrial zone of the "Torgmash" district, near the lighting technique plant. Rectangular area measuring 2.00 hectares, of which 0.22 hectares - land for limited use.

Building area is 0.68 hectares, the rest of the territory is allotted for parking and technical facilities, access roads, security zone and wells.

The building of the complex consists of three parts: APC, industrial facilities, warehouses. Architecture of the building is made in a single, rectangular in plan, amount, which, due to finishing works, is visually divided into two parts, in accordance with functional use. APC has three floors, a production and warehouse - one-story. The complex is suited for change in the type of production.

Structurally, the building is combined. APC is done with a monolithic frame, with the energy-efficient building envelopes; the roof of the APC is flat, inversion type. The production/storage part - serial ferroconcrete structures, finished with sandwich panels on a metal frame.

As of 11/24/10, we are performing construction of the industrial building, 144m x48 m, with a ferroconcrete skeleton and built-in/attached administrative premises based on ferroconcrete as well.
We have already executed the foundation, erection of columns, connections, trusses, cover panels, fences by a permanent scheme.
