The office building is located within the industrial zone of Brovary city. The are an office building, parking, technical facilities, access roads and improvement facilities on the site. All floors are reserved for office space. A catering(bufet) is planned on the first floor. Technical facilities occupy the top floor.

Office spaces on the fourth floor have their own recreation area, which brought out to a landscaped roof.

Bearing frame of the building is monolithic ferroconcrete skeleton. Finishing is made with composite facade systems «AlucoBond», energy efficient window systems, gres.


As of 10/01/10 , the company "Arsan-Bud Ltd" has performed techno-economical study and made a pre-design proposal of the office building.
