Two office-warehouse buildings are located in industrial construction area, near Knyazhichi village of Brovary district, Kiev region. There are two office-warehouse buildings, a parking, technical facilities, access roads and improvement facilities on the site are:

The area of the first building is 1237 m2 (built), the second building - 1435 m2.

Structurally, the buildings are made of ferroconcrete (BMZ). The first building: a two-storey office part and a single-storey warehouse; the second building: the first floor - storage pemises, the second floor - office premises.

As of 11/15/10, the first phase of construction has been commissioned: the first building of 1237 m2.

Construction of the second office-warehouse building is planned for 2011.
