7-storey office and entertainment center has a rectangular shape on the plan 21,35x18m. The main entrance to the construction from Chernyahovskogo street is distinguished by a rounded shape canopy and vertical elements of the walls against glass facade.

   On the ground floor, a billiard hall with 12-seat bar, household sanitation and technical rooms is designed. The floor height is 3.6 m. The premise is designed to keep 50 simultaneous clients and has two emergency exits.

   On the first floor, there are lobby, a store, technologicals, sanitary, as well as technical premises. The floor height is 3.6 m. There are two emergency exits.

 

The second and third floors have an internet cafe for 70 visitors, bar, living and sanitary facilities. The floor height is 3.3 m. Also, there are  two emergency exits in SK1.
   On the fourth floor, office space is located. The floor height is 3.3 m.

On the fifth floor, there is a cafeteria with 72 seats, with a set of facilities for the preparation of products delivered from kitchens, technologicals, sanitation, as well as technical premises. On the technical floor, we have designed ventilation systems and a boiler room.

As of 11/20/10, the supporting frame and walling of the building are finished. Works on the installation of engineering systems are in process.
