The building is located on the southern outskirts of the industrial zone of Brovary city, near the "Terminal" complex. The site has a "Ã-like" shape, area of 0.39 ha,. The percentage of construction is 27%, the rest of the territory is allotted for parking and technical facilities, access roads and improvement facilities. The site has its own recreation area.

Multifunction nine-story building is zoned vertically. The ground floor is a catering establishment. The first floor is occupied by retail space, the lower floors are reserved for special trade establishments, 2–8 floors - office space.

Technical facilities are on the top floor.

Bearing skeleton of the building – a monolithic ferroconcrete frame. Finishing - composite facade systems «AlucoBond», energy efficient window systems, gres.
