Chief Project Engineer
Requirements to a candidate:
- male., 25-50 years, special education;
- experience in a similar position from 5 years;
- advanced PC user (MS Office, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD);
- analytical thinking, communication, responsibility, high efficiency, initiative, interest in professional development;
- experience in the design of large objects.
Functional responsibilities:
- technical guidance to design-research works during design and supervision of the object;
- preparation of design-research works, creation of comprehensive plans-schedules for execution of design and technical works;
- preparation of buildings for design;
- monitoring of compliance of design documentation with standards and norms;
- control of technical level of decisions made;
- preparation of data for contracts with clients and contractors;
- participation in coordination of design decisions in the agencies of expertise.
